By accessing or using OnlyFlirtAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Service

OnlyFlirtAI is a digital entertainment service available at onlyflirtai.com. The Service provides AI-generated fictional characters, chat experiences, and optional AI-generated images for personal entertainment only. The Service does not provide real-person introductions, matchmaking, escort services, or offline relationship services. Any resemblance between fictional characters and real persons is purely coincidental.

4. Account Registration

You may register using your email address or a third-party authentication provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be offered as monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, depending on the pricing page shown at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor, to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and renewals unless canceled before the next renewal date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management tools made available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid term. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Tokens

Tokens are a virtual in-app feature used for image generation and certain premium unlocks. Tokens are not money, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may only be used inside the Service. Unused tokens do not carry cash value and may be removed or reset when a subscription ends or becomes inactive.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI models or prompts
• Share, distribute, or sell generated content commercially without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to access the Service in an unauthorized manner

9. Intellectual Property

All content, characters, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to OnlyFlirtAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyFlirtAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
