Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases on OnlyFlirtAI are generally non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service that is made available to you immediately upon payment. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period
  • You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription
  • The Service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first-ever subscription purchase and have used fewer than 10 messages

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal charges after failing to cancel before the renewal date
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Tokens that have been consumed
  • Subscriptions where the full feature set has been used

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at tugcakilic@gmail.com with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We review refund requests individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the billing management tools available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not usually entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period unless the subscription is terminated for a policy violation or as otherwise required by law.
